Bellator 159 saw one of the biggest upsets in recent MMA history. Joe Taimalgo- a 14/1 underdog- managed to pull of a third round submission to defeat the heavily, heavily favoured Darrion Caldwell.
We suspected this would be an unpredictable card and only placed one bet rather than our usual five.
And it came in, Weichel defeated Sanchez as we predicted. This takes our current winning streak to 11-0 and our overall MMA record to 20-7, a 74% winning ratio. Not too shabby.
If the gambling gods are on our side, we'll improve upon this at UFC on Fox 20 tonight.
