Creating an NFL rating system

I'm creating an NFL rating system which will first come online week 4. The rating system isn't to be used for modeling purposes. I'm keeping an exploratory mindset for the rating system. I really want to see how indicative it is of teams clinching a playoff berth based on where their rating is.
