We are coming to the third weekend in the MLB season and the dust is barely now begging to settle from when the teams left the gate. As we look at some data that is starting to give a hint of things to come later on this season, we suggest that you have an open mind to the “dogs” this year. There may be more surprises than you might expect this seson. If the prices for the Run Lines stay decent as they have been, this might be a year to capitalize on those opportunities on both sides of the line, meaning the plus 1.5 and the sweet money from the -1.5. With that being said is is also very important to not overestimate an “Ace” and disregard a “scrub” so readily this year.
