MILWAUKEE (AP) - Willy Adames hit an RBI single in the 10th inning and the Milwaukee Brewers beat the White Sox 4-3 on Saturday to extend Chicago's losing streak to 10 games.
Adames also had a two-out, two-run single in the seventh inning.
Chicago's Garrett Crochet struck out eight over six innings of one-run ball. Crochet has been one of the few bright spots for the White Sox this season. He took the mound Saturday having allowed just two runs over his last four starts while striking out 32 over his last 23 innings.
Home runs by Andrew Benintendi and Gavin Sheets staked Crochet to an early 3-1 lead against rookie left-hander Robert Gasser.
Gasser scattered seven hits over five innings, but still struck out three and did not walk a batter. He has allowed just one walk through his first 29 career innings and none over his last three starts. Hoby Milner (3-0) pitched the ninth.
PIRATES 8, BLUE JAYS 1
TORONTO (AP) - Ke'Bryan Hayes and Bryan Reynolds hit two-run home runs, Mitch Keller pitched six strong innings for his fifth straight victory and Pittsburgh snapped a nine-game losing streak against Toronto.
After going 4-0 with a 1.30 ERA in four May starts, Keller (7-3) extended his winning streak by allowing one run and five hits. He walked one and struck out eight.

Andrew McCutchen drove in a run and scored twice and Jared Triolo had three hits to help Pittsburgh end Toronto's winning streak at four with its first victory over the Blue Jays since 2017. Luis L. Ortiz pitched the final three innings for his first career save.
Toronto left-hander Yusei Kikuchi (2-5) allowed a season-worst six runs and matched a season-high by giving up nine hits in 5 1/3 innings. He's 0-4 in seven starts since his last victory, April 22 at Kansas City.
Hayes homered, his second, off Kikuchi in a three-run first inning. He finished 2 for 4 with two runs.
ASTROS 5, TWINS 2
HOUSTON (AP) - Framber Valdez pitched no-hit ball into the seventh inning and Yordan Alvarez hit two of Houston's four homers in their victory over Minnesota.
Valdez (4-3) didn't allow a hit until a single to start the seventh. He yielded the two hits and a run with four strikeouts in seven innings.
Alvarez hit a two-run home run off Joe Ryan (4-4) in the first and his solo shot off the starter in the fifth inning made it 5-0. It's the third multi-homer game of the season for Alvarez and 18th of his career.
Struggling first baseman Jose Abreu hit his first home run and second extra-base hit of the season in the second inning. Kyle Tucker added a homer in the third to give him 19 this season, which ranks second in the majors behind Aaron Judge's 20.
Houston led 5-2 with one out in the ninth when Jake Meyers made a leaping catch at wall in center field to rob Byron Buxton of a homer. Closer Josh Hader raised both arms high in the air after the catch and Buxton, a fellow center fielder, tipped his helmet to Meyers.
Hader then struck out Willi Castro to get his eighth save.
RED SOX 6, TIGERS 3
BOSTON (AP) - Enmanuel Valdez homered twice for his first career multihomer game and drove in three runs to power Boston past Detroit.
The Red Sox improved to 32-9 - and 17-5 in the past two years - wearing their City Connect uniforms with bright yellow jerseys and powder blue lettering, numbers and hats since they were introduced in 2021.
Boston center fielder Ceddanne Rafaela made spectacular full-length diving catch on Wenceel Perez's shot in the right-center gap in the sixth and turned it into an inning-ending double play by throwing to second to double up Matt Vierling.
Gio Urshela hit a two-run homer over the Green Monster for Detroit, which lost for the 12th time in its last 14 games against Boston. Shortstop Javier Baez made a highlight play for the Tigers, diving to snag Reese McGuire's grounder before throwing to first.
Valdez's big game came a day after Rafaela also homered twice for his first career multihomer game in Boston's 7-3 victory.
GUARDIANS 3, NATIONALS 2
CLEVELAND (AP) - Ben Lively won his career-best fourth consecutive start and Kyle Manzardo hit a bloop two-run single to lead Cleveland over Washington.
Lively (5-2) allowed two runs and five hits in 5 2/3 innings while striking out four and walking one. The journeyman right-hander is 3-0 with a 1.90 ERA in four starts at home this season.
The Guardians are Lively's fourth team since breaking into the major leagues in 2017. The 32-year-old also spent three seasons pitching in South Korea from 2019-21.
The Guardians won their ninth straight game at Progressive Field and are an MLB-best 20-6 at home this season. It is Cleveland's longest home winning streak since 2017.
It was also the 12th win in the last 15 games overall for the Guardians, who lead the AL Central.
ORIOLES 9, RAYS 5
BALTIMORE (AP) - Ryan Mountcastle hit his seventh and eighth home runs and Baltimore slugged their way to a victory over Tampa Bay.
Mountcastle drove in four runs in first multi-home run game of the season and his ninth of his career. The Orioles hit four homers and scored nine runs in 3 1/3 innings against Rays starter Taj Bradley (1-3).
Anthony Santander and Jordan Westburg also connected in the Orioles' third straight victory and eighth in nine games.
Jacob Webb (1-3) pitched 2 1/3 hitless innings in relief of Kyle Bradish, who retired only eight batters in his shortest start of the season.
Dillion Tate, Cionel Perez, Yennier Cano and Keegan Akin finished off 6 1/3 scoreless bullpen frames in the victory that gave Baltimore its 19th consecutive series without a loss against AL East opponents.
Yandy Diaz drove in three runs on a triple and a bases-loaded walk for Tampa Bay, which has lost two straight to open a five-game trip.
PADRES 7, ROYALS 3
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - Ha-Seong Kim hit a go-ahead three-run double, Fernando Tatis Jr. and Kyle Higashioka homered and San Diego beat Kansas City.
Randy Vasquez (1-3) started after Joe Musgrove was scratched hours before the first pitch with right elbow inflammation and went five innings, allowing three runs and four hits with five strikeouts and one walk.
With the Padres trailing 3-2 in the fourth inning, Kim cleared cleared the bases with a double to left field off Royals starter Alec Marsh (4-3).
Marsh gave up five earned runs and seven hits in five innings. He walked three and struck out three.
Tatis Jr. hit a solo homer in the top of the first to give the Padres a 1-0 lead. But Vinnie Pasquantino, who went 3 for 4 with three RBIs, hit a two-run shot in the bottom of the inning to put the Royals ahead.
RANGERS 7, MARLINS 0
MIAMI (AP) - Corey Seager singled twice and doubled to extend his hitting streak to 14 games and Texas beat Miami.
The star shortstop, who also has an on-base streak of 24 games, is 19 for 51 during the stretch that began on May 14.
Marcus Semien also had two singles and a double, while Robbie Grossman doubled and singled for the Rangers, who finished with 13 hits despite striking out 16 times.
Michael Lorenzen (3-3) threw 6 1/3 scoreless innings for his first win since April 21. The right-hander allowed five hits and walked two.
Marlins starter Ryan Weathers struck out a career high 11 in six innings. Weathers (3-5) gave up four runs and nine hits.
Jose Leclerc, Jacob Latz and Gerson Garabito followed Lorenzen and got the final eight outs to complete the shutout.
ATHLETICS 11, BRAVES 9
ATLANTA (AP) - Miguel Andujar went 4 for 5 with a homer, four RBIs and three runs scored and Oakland snapped Chris Sale's seven-start winning streak with an 11-9 victory over Atlanta.
Brent Rooker also homered and drove in four runs for Oakland. His two-run double in the sixth gave the A's a 10-9 lead. No. 9 hitter Max Schuemann was 4 for 4 with three runs scored.
Marcell Ozuna hit his 17th home run and finished with four RBIs for the scuffling Braves, who have dropped 11 of 17. Michael Harris II had three hits and Matt Olson launched a two-run homer.
Michael Kelly (3-2) earned the win with a hitless inning. Dany Jimenez worked a scoreless ninth for his first save of the season.
Sale had his worst outing with Atlanta, giving up eight runs and nine hits in four innings. He struck out four and walked one. It was the most runs he allowed in a game since 2019.
DIAMONDBACKS 10, METS 5
NEW YORK (AP) - Christian Walker hit a grand slam in the third inning and Arizona routed New York to stop a five-game losing streak that matched their season high.
Arizona reliever Kevin Ginkel (3-1) left in the sixth after being hit on the left knee by Brandon Nimmo's line drive, two days after Diamondbacks ace Zac Gallen strained his right hamstring six pitches into the series opener.
Arizona, which took a 10-1 lead into the ninth, has scored 19 runs in its last two games after totaling nine in its previous six.
Both teams were coming off a miserable May. The Mets went 9-19 with a major league-worst 4.85 ERA; Arizona was 11-15 and its 4.72 ERA was 29th.
Walker drove a sweeper from Sean Manaea (3-2) to left field for his 12th home run this season and second career slam, giving Arizona a 4-0 lead.
PHILLIES 6, CARDINALS 1
PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Spencer Turnbull struck out six in three scoreless innings after stepping in for injured starter Ranger Suarez and Bryce Harper homered to lead Philadelphia to a victory over St. Louis.
Alec Bohm drove in two runs for the NL East-leading Phillies, who have won eight in a row at home and improved to 41-18.
Suarez, who entered the game tied for the major league lead with nine wins, left with a bruised left hand after he was drilled by a 106.1 mph line drive off the bat of Alec Burleson in the second inning. He picked up the ball and threw to first to get the final out and then immediately winced. Suarez put his face in his glove, walked to the dugout and then headed back to the clubhouse after retiring all six batters he faced, striking out two.
Suarez began play Saturday second in the NL in ERA (1.75), first in opponents' batting average (.171), first in WHIP (0.82) and sixth in strikeouts (77).
Masyn Winn drove in the lone run for the Cardinals, who had gotten back to .500 entering this three-game series after winning 12 of 15 before dropping the opener Friday night.
MARINERS 9, ANGELS 0
SEATTLE (AP) - J.P. Crawford hit a grand slam, Bryce Miller struck out nine in six smooth innings and Seattle beat Los Angeles.
Miller (5-5) allowed just three hits for the Mariners, who lead the AL West on June 1 for the first time since 2003. They have won seven straight home series and six of their last seven games overall. Seattle (33-27) is a season-high six games over .500.
Miller gave up leadoff singles in the first and second but never permitted a runner past second base. It was the second-year right-hander's 11th career game with six or more innings with three or fewer hits allowed, and the ninth time this season he's held an opponent to two or fewer earned runs. His eight quality starts bring the Mariners' major league-leading total to 36.
Three relievers finished the six-hitter. Seattle is 29-12 when its starters pitch six or more innings.
Angels starter Reid Detmers (3-6) set up Crawford's fourth-inning slam, a line drive to right field, with a pair of walks that loaded the bases. He yielded four hits and five earned runs with three strikeouts and four walks in 3 2/3 innings.
