RIVERDALE, N.Y. (AP) - Corey Washington's 17 points helped Saint Peter's defeat Manhattan 81-68 on Sunday.
Washington added seven rebounds for the Peacocks (9-5, 5-0 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference). Roy Clarke scored 15 points while going 5 of 9 and 4 of 5 from the free throw line. Armoni Zeigler went 7 of 12 from the field to finish with 14 points. It was the sixth straight win for the Peacocks.
The Jaspers (4-11, 1-5) were led in scoring by Daniel Rouzan, who finished with 22 points, six rebounds, four assists and two blocks. Briggs McClain added 14 points and two steals for Manhattan.
